30-Day Full Refund on All Orders

If for any reason you feel Oreeca isn’t the right fit for your family, you can request a full refund within 30 days of receiving your device.

We don’t pressure you, we don’t interrogate you, and we don’t trap you in fine print.

If you’re not completely happy, we will refund you, no questions asked.

You may request a refund if:

  • You feel the device doesn’t give you the level of safety or clarity you expected

  • Your child doesn’t feel comfortable wearing it

  • You’re not confident using the app or features

  • You change your mind after trying it

  • Your family’s needs change

  • Or any other reason at all

If Oreeca isn’t perfect for you, we believe you should get your money back. Simple as that.


How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, just contact our support team with your order number.

We handle refunds quickly, kindly, and with care, ensuring the process is smooth from start to finish.

Once your request is submitted:

  1. Our support team will confirm your refund request

  2. You’ll receive instructions for returning the device

  3. Once the product is received, your refund will be issued immediately

  4. Refunds are sent back to your original method of payment

Most refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after the device arrives in our return facility.


Conditions for Refunds

Damaged or Faulty Products

If your Oreeca device arrives damaged, defective, or not working as intended, we will replace it free of charge, no matter what.

Just contact us and we’ll send a replacement immediately — again, no questions asked.
